  1. Thanks to the participants of anomaly committee members who understood the need to improve the anomaly in MACP and formed a sub-committee to examine the Anomalies pertaining to the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme. In this connection, it is re-iterated that govt had announced 3 ACP instead of 2 acp in the earstwhile pay commission which brought enthusiasm among the employees but all these enthusiasm became futile as soon as its notification published. It was found that what benefits an employee was getting in the earstwhile ACP, it was even lesser that that in 30 years of span because of implementing next grade pay. It is, therefore, suggested that promotions to the next cadre in stead of next grade pay be amended so that an LDC who does not get promotions in whole life due to lack of promotional avenues can retire with respect in the grade pay of Rs.4200.00. Hope that the Sub Committee would look into the matter and resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the employee.
